Vicki Tidwell grew up just around the corner from me on Sunnybrook Lane. She was a pretty blonde girl that I knew at Birdwell Elementary but not too much after that. I know she passed away a fairly long time ago, at least 10 years ago. I remember that she was an only child and that her father was in the car business.
